Office Support Specialist / Referral Coordinator
Superior Senior Care – Fort Smith, AR
Full-Time | $15–$16 per hour (Depending on experience)
Superior Senior Care, Arkansas’ oldest and largest caregiver referral agency, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Support Specialist to join our Fort Smith team. This role supports daily office operations and helps ensure clients and caregivers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist clients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling and referral coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and community partners
- Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
- Participate in after‑hours call rotation as needed
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of clerical or computer‑based work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
