Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of engineered lift plans and execution strategies
- Evaluate complex project requirements, constraints, and risk factors
- Provide technical direction and support to Project Engineers and Operations teams
- Ensure alignment between engineering plans and field execution through active engagement
- Support planning and execution of critical and high-risk operations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety standards
- Leads technical planning for complex, high-risk projects
- Ensures engineering plans are accurate, executable, and aligned with field conditions
- Drives coordination across engineering, operations, and field teams
- Reduces execution risk through proactive planning and technical oversight
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or strong progress toward licensure preferred
- 7 years of relevant construction or engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex construction or heavy lift operations
- Advanced ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with lift planning, rigging, or heavy construction operations preferred
- Ability to travel to jobsites as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Combination of office and active construction jobsite environments
- Regular field exposure including uneven terrain and elevated work areas
