About Us
Superior Restoration is a licensed and insured restoration general contractor in Norcross, GA, serving metro Atlanta. We do water/fire mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling, and we work insurance claims on behalf of our customers. Our team is IICRC certified in water restoration, structural drying, fire and smoke, and odor control. We are also licensed adjusters and Xactimate certified.
The Role
We're hiring a marketing rep to grow our referral network with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers and adjusters. You'll build new relationships and develop them into steady referral sources. Expect to spend most of your week in the field networking.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbing companies, insurance agents, property management companies and adjusters
- Visit accounts regularly and set up lunch-and-learns, meetings and networking events
- Develop new accounts across metro Atlanta
- Log activity and referrals in our CRM and report on results
- Work with our project managers so referred customers get a fast response and good follow-through
Requirements
- Existing relationships with plumbers, agents, property managers and/or adjusters in the Atlanta area
- 2 years in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in restoration, insurance, plumbing, roofing or construction
- Working knowledge of the insurance claims process
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay plan
- Organized, consistent with follow-up, and able to manage your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- IICRC certification is a plus
Compensation
- $50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission on collected revenue from accounts you bring in
- $150,000 earning potential based on commission

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
