Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of pump systems and related equipment
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting under supervision
- Support service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency response work
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Travel to job sites as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical or electrical experience in a related field (HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance, automotive, controls, or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn pump systems, motors, and controls
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in industrial and field environments

Preferred (Not Required):
- Trade school or technical training
- Experience with motors, controls, or troubleshooting electrical systems
- Basic understanding of piping systems
