Title: Overnight Security Officer
Schedule:
- Friday - Saturday 9:00pm-3:00am / Sunday - Monday 9:00pm-4:00am
Pay Rate:
$20/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and professional Security Guards to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Assignments may include government facilities, dormitories, and other client locations based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent and detect security risks
- Ensure doors, windows, gates, and access points are secure
- Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors
- Screen individuals entering the facility in accordance with site procedures
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and disturbances promptly and professionally
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Document daily activities and incidents through accurate and detailed reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (required)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior security or related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
