Track Hoe Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various types of machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site. Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bobcats.
• Perform horizontal digging and filling tasks as required.
• Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively and safely.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks.
• Previous construction site experience is preferred.
• Plumbing experience is required.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.22 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
