Superior Physical Therapy is seeking a NJ Licensed Physical Therapist who has a strong focus on manual therapy and interpersonal communication for our office in Paramus NJ. New Graduates are encouraged to apply.

*Weekly caseload expectations are no more than 80 visits/week
*At least 40-60minute evaluations
*1:1 PT to aide ratio
*Minimal use of electric modalities
*Strong focus on manual therapy, progressive exercise, tendon loading and garnering patient feedback for progression of programs
*Clean and Modern office with many windows for natural light
*Competitive salary and benefit package
*Strong community presence with 20% direct access caseload
*Post operative experience a plus (Joint Replacements, RTC repairs, ACL, fusions)
