Superior Physical Therapy is the highest-rated outpatient clinic in northern Michigan. We're privately owned, debt-free, and we hire PTs who got into this profession to actually treat people — not chase RVUs until 9 pm.
What the job actually looks like:
– 10–12 patients per day. Hard cap. Never double-booked.
– 40minute 1-on-1 visits. You build the plan of care, not an algorithm.
– AI scribe our template system = most of our team finishes notes in under 4 minutes per patient, inside the clinic.
– No nights. No weekends. No call. No holidays.
– 2 weeks PTO year one. We want you to use it.
What you'll actually earn:
– $75,000–$90,000 base depending on experience
– Profit share averaged $12K–$22K extra last year across our team
– Full health, dental, 401(k) match, HSA
– CEU budget (Unlimited amount) that covers what you actually want to take (including Gray Institute / AFS track if that's your thing)
– Weekly mentorship from owners who still treat patients
– Relocation assistance if you're coming from out of area
– Sign-on bonus loan repayment available
