What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Safety Technician (SQF) – Food Manufacturing position at Superior Pack Group?
Superior Pack Group is looking for a Food Safety Technician to help run the SQF program at our Middletown food manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role on the production floor. It calls for real food safety experience, not general QC or food-service experience.
What You'll Do
- Keep our SQF, HACCP, GMP and allergen programs running day to day
- Do floor inspections and follow up on corrective actions
- Keep records audit-ready and support SQF and customer audits
Requirements
- 1 year of food safety experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Hands-on HACCP, GMP and/or SQF experience
- Reliable commute to Middletown, NY
Preferred
- 2 years of experience, SQF or HACCP certification, bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Experience:
- food safety (FSQA) in a food manufacturing plant: 1 year (Required)
