Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and exterior work areas.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, stage, clean, and prepare equipment for customer rentals and deliveries.
- Assist technicians and drivers with equipment movement, material handling, and yard logistics.
- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other light equipment in a safe manner.
- Conduct routine visual inspections and report equipment issues as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support general branch and yard operations as assigned to ensure efficient workflow.
- Required: Previous experience operating a skid steer.
- Required: Previous forklift operating experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and following established safety procedures.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
