Superior Mobile Home Parts is seeking a full-time Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lakewood.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of steady work and busy customer interaction. You’ll help walk-in customers, handle phone calls and emails, process orders, and also assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving freight, unloading deliveries, and preparing customer orders to keep things running smoothly.
Every day is a little different. You’ll be part of a team that keeps the counter, phones, and warehouse moving efficiently while making sure customers get the right parts and great service.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable switching between customer service and hands-on warehouse support throughout the day.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience required
- Experience working a counter and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, dependable, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn our specialized product line
- Counter sales, hardware, building materials, or parts experience preferred
- Basic construction or home repair knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Saturday availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email
- Assist walk-in customers while handling calls, emails, and processing orders throughout the day
- Help customers identify products, provide pricing and availability, recommend solutions, and process sales accurately
- Verify orders before pickup, shipment, or delivery
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory while keeping the warehouse clean and safe
- Assist with warehouse operations including receiving freight, unloading deliveries, and preparing customer orders
- Pull, pack, ship, and load customer orders safely and accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and general operations as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, vendors, and suppliers
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, and pull 20–80 lbs regularly
- Bend, reach, climb ladders, and retrieve merchandise from shelves
- Safely use warehouse tools and equipment
- Work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse and occasionally outdoors
Schedule
- Full-time (35 hours/week)
- Saturday availability required
