- Emergent and non-emergent IFTs
- Critical care transfers, discharges, SNF emergencies

- PowerPro XT cots, LP-15s, Sapphire IV Pumps, Ventec VOCSN Ventilator
- Vapotherm for high flow nasal cannula
- Video laryngoscopy, iGel
Fleet
- Ford Transits & Dodge Promasters with performance-load
- 2 Type III units with power-load
Responsibilities
- Administer emergency medical care and first aid
- Safely operate ambulances as directed
- Coordinate with first responders and medical staff
- Assess and prioritize patient treatment
- Immobilize and transport patients safely
- Operate life support and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports (ePCR software)
- Sanitize ambulance and equipment post-transport
- Monitor vehicle condition and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to medical protocols, health, and safety standards
- Participate in continuous training and skill development

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Texas EMT certification
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Physical Demands
- Lift/carry up to 150 pounds (300 with assistance)
- Bend, stoop, climb, and crawl across uneven terrain
- Tolerate high-stress environments with flashing lights, loud noises, extreme temperatures, low light, or confined spaces
