This role involves handling routine clerical tasks, maintaining records, and supporting team members with day-to-day clerical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and update physical and electronic records and databases
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide support to staff and management as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Previous clerical experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Office setting with standard business hours Mon-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
