What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and loads
- Track shipments using GPS and dispatch software
- Communicate with drivers and resolve delivery issues
- Ensure DOT and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate load and mileage records
- Match freight with carriers and negotiate rates
- Handle billing, invoices, and documentation
- Build relationships with customers and carriers
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1–3 years of dispatch or freight brokerage experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with dispatch or TMS software (e.g., McLeod, DAT, Truckstop)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, GPS tools)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours or be on call
- Starting at $45k annually -Experience will be considered for pay rate adjustment
