We are seeking a driven, results-oriented, and highly personable sales professional to own client relationships in the field. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, accountability, and growing business through trust and execution.
You will be the face of the company—visiting properties regularly, ensuring service excellence, and actively driving revenue growth by identifying and securing additional work from existing clients.
A company vehicle and phone will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of multifamily communities and serve as the primary on-site company representative
- Conduct consistent field visits to inspect service quality and ensure standards are exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, supervisors, and staff
- Actively identify opportunities to expand services and increase contract value
- Convert client satisfaction into measurable revenue growth
- Resolve issues quickly, professionally, and with urgency
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal operations
- Maintain accountability for client retention, satisfaction, and account growth
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required) for client and team communication
- Strong sales instincts with a proven ability to build trust and close opportunities
- High energy, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and being held accountable for results
- Ability to think proactively, not reactively
- Experience in sales, account management, property services, or field operations strongly preferred
