We are also a CLEAResult Mass Save, RISE EnergyWise top performing Contractor supporting their efforts on behalf of utilities and other energy program sponsors the utility company and State Weatherization programs.

We are rapidly expanding our Business in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts opening various positions like Crew Member, Crew Chief, and Laborer/Warehouse assistance.

Job Summary:

Crew Chief

Pay based on experience.

You will be responsible for the oversight of 2 or more working Crew members conducting insulation practices and procedures (measures) in accordance with BPI standards.

As the Crew Chief you will be responsible for all aspects of the job ensuring that the best quality and service exist within your crew and more importantly is reflected to our customer leaving them very satisfied.

The Insulation measures that you will carry out and oversee include but are not limited to, the Installation of blown cellulose in walls attics, crawl spaces and overhangs. The installation of air seal in tight attic spaces, crawl spaces and in basements, roof venting and other measures prescribed in the provided energy audits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have 2 year of experience with a Weatherization
• Experience in the Energy/Weatherization Programs, preferable 2 years
• Knowledge of Light Carpentry
• Knowledge of the operation and use of carpentry tools
• Must have great communication skills to effectively communicate with the crew and the homeowners
• Must be comfortable working with physical demands low and high heights and confined spaces
• Must pass extensive pre-employment background and drug screening check
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
• Must be able to exercise good judgement and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-directed and possess a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse population.

License:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Crew Chief (Preferred)
• BPI Building Analyst or Envelope Professional certifications is (preferred)

Crew Member

Pay based on experience.

You will take direction from the Crew Chief and work with others in the preparation and installation of all aspects of blown cellulose in walls attics, crawl spaces and overhangs. The installation of air seal in tight attic spaces, crawl spaces and in basements, roof venting and other measures prescribed in the provided energy audits.
