Job Description
A Travel Specialist is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Responsible for making professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all individual traveling on behalf of Superior, within company guidelines while providing excellent customer service
- Establish travel arrangements for all company travel, this includes: Flight, Hotel and Car
- Build relationships with defined hospitality providers to negotiate corporate rates
- Learn requirements for International Travel and stay current on changing requirements
- Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients are experiencing
- Publish a corporate travel schedule
- Manage schedule for Superior Air planes and pilots
- Create itineraries for all Superior Air flights and communicate to passengers
- Secure charter flights when necessary
- Manage passenger database
- Other duties as assigned

- Must provide excellent customer “wow” service skills
- Strong time and task management
- Perform well on short timelines while still completing daily responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superb organizational skills
- Attention to detail, high quality work with very minimal errors
