In this role, you will be the driving force behind the shaping of our metal inventory, translating complex technical prints into flawlessly fabricated components for our assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and work directly from technical drawings, industrial blueprints, and various dimension layouts to secure precise production alignment.
- Precision Fabrication: Utilize press brake machinery to bend, shape, and fabricate metal components according to strict tolerances and exact project specifications.
- Documentation & Tracking: Keep production documents and tracking paperwork fully updated, logging any real-time structural revisions or part adjustments.
- Material Handling & Safety: Operate heavy material handling machinery, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, with a strict commitment to safety rules. Candidates must secure and maintain all relevant equipment training certifications.
- Team Support: Adapt to production needs and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Experience: Previous experience operating fabrication machinery of 1 years preferred.
- Fractional Accuracy: Skilled in measuring 1/8” and 1/16” gradations on a tape measure.
- Conversion Competency: Capable of converting fractions to decimals.
