We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team!Job Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair and machine/conveyer lines, ovens, equipment.Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring.Perform basic facilities maintenance.Change out motors and drives as needed.Follow PM schedule and document maintenance/repairs in CMMS.Maintain material and supply inventory.Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.Essential Skills:3 Years previous experience as a maintenance technician performing repairs on production equipment.3 Years of experience performing preventative maintenance on production equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadRead and interpret technical manuals and prints.Deadline and detail oriented.Excellent communicator verbally/writing:Shift Schedule:------1st shift is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday occasionally work Saturday.------This is a permanent position based in Racine WIPay and Benefits:-----The pay range for this position is $52,000 - $64, 000/yr.-based experience. Off shift work will be compensated accordingly. Benefits include profit share, paid vacation/holiday Insurance and annual bonuses.
