About the Role:
We're hiring a Part-Time Visit Nurse (RN) who's eager to build relationships with patients while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, impact, and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Travel to homes or care communities to perform visits and assessments
- Provide symptom and medication management, emotional support, and education
- Collaborate with physicians, intake team, and spiritual care providers
- Ensure thorough documentation and smooth handoffs
- Serve as a calming, confident presence for patients and families
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience preferred
- Excellent communicator with high emotional awareness
- Ability to manage visits independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
