This is a mission-critical role responsible for ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality care by building strong caregiver matches, maintaining reliable schedules, and supporting our field staff to succeed.

What You’ll Own (Outcomes That Matter)

In this role, you are directly responsible for:

  • Full schedule coverage for your assigned caseload
  • Strong caregiver-client matches that lead to retention and satisfaction
  • Fast, effective problem-solving when call-offs or changes occur
  • A positive caregiver experience from onboarding through ongoing support
  • Seamless start of care for every new client

You will work alongside our leadership team and leverage AI-assisted scheduling tools to optimize performance and continuously improve how we deliver care.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with recruiting team to ensure caregiver pipeline meets growth needs
  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure caregivers launch successfully into schedules
  • Monitor staffing levels and proactively identify gaps before they become problems

Staff Management

  • Build strong relationships with caregivers—coach, support, and motivate
  • Manage day-to-day needs including scheduling preferences, time off, and performance follow-up
  • Play an active role in improving caregiver retention and engagement

Scheduling & Operations

  • Own daily scheduling for assigned clients using our systems and AI tools
  • Ensure all clients receive consistent, reliable care
  • Respond quickly to call-offs and changes with urgency and ownership
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and caregivers
