About the Position
Superior Hemp is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Cannabis Retail Associate to join our team in Cape Coral. This is primarily a retail position where your main responsibility is delivering a five-star customer experience while ensuring the store operates smoothly each day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is passionate about cannabis and hemp products, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
- Educate customers on cannabinoids, their potential benefits, and help guide product recommendations based on each individual's needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Complete daily opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation.
- Retail and/or cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and our product lines.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
