Inside Sales Representative – Collegiate
Coppell, TX | Hybrid (Tue–Thu in office)
We’re seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth across collegiate bookstores and career colleges. This role is perfect for a hunter relationship builder who thrives on creating new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage new collegiate accounts through calls, email, and virtual meetings.
- Re-engage “lukewarm” accounts and grow relationships within existing bookstores/career colleges.
- Partner with distributors to promote and sell our leading healthcare apparel brands.
- Collaborate with marketing, S&OP, merchandising, and design to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Manage pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce/Hubspot, providing accurate forecasts.
- Deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers at all levels.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in new business development.
- Comfortable with both cold calling and relationship management (not dialing for dollars, but proactive and fearless).
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce/Hubspot preferred).
- Highly motivated, energetic, and collaborative.
- Experience in healthcare apparel or education-related sales is a plus.
