Superior GreenWorx LLC is hiring a hands-on Working Foreman to lead commercial and residential landscape crews throughout Central Florida.
This is a working leadership role — you’ll manage the crew, keep jobs on schedule, and jump in to work alongside the team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance and installation crews
• Oversee job sites and ensure high-quality results
• Perform hands-on work (mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup, etc.)
• Keep crews productive and communicate with ownership/clients
Requirements:
• Landscape experience required
• Foreman or crew leader experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in Florida heat
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
