Superior Glass is looking to hire a creative and organized individual for a Project Manger Position.
Superior Glass is one of the oldest glass shops in the Twin Ports. We are focused on bringing a high level of organization and service to the industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage Project Team for Project Success
- Work with Estimating for smooth project handoffs
- Use of project management software
- Use of Microsoft Office Products
- Work with contractors and owners to deliver projects on time and meet expectations
- Become familiar with the materials, equipment, and components of the industries we serve
- Organize materials, labor and equipment
- Support field staff with information and help problem solve when issues arise
- Job Tracking
- Project Day to Day Task (Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI's)
- Maintain project schedules
- Maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Be part of growing Superior Glass culture and core values
Position Requirements
- 3 years of construction and/or general business experience in Glass.

Project Manager
Superior Glass, Inc. is a leading provider Glass, Storefront and Windows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the project from start to finish.
- Responsible for all phases of the project, from proposal writing to execution.
- Work with internal teams to ensure coordination and support of activities.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including all quality, delivery, and financial metrics.
- Ensure that projects are on time and on budget.
- Manage change in any process or material direction.
- Ensure that all safety, quality, and ISO requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management required; Associate degree preferred.
