Position: Service Technician/Delivery Driver
Location: Grand Marais, MN Area
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, with a base hourly wage and a generous commission incentive.

What You’ll Do:

• Install LP tank systems and perform safety inspections on vapor distribution systems.
• Inspect regulators, piping systems, and install advanced cellular tank monitors.
• Assist with propane delivery, ensuring safety while operating the propane delivery truck.
• Play an integral role in contributing to the growth and success of our team, delivering top-tier customer service and helping elevate our company’s reputation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Class B CDL with air brakes, general, tanker, and hazardous material endorsements.
• Commercial driving experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
• A clean driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail.
• Basic math aptitude for calculating percentages and handling invoicing.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to take on diverse tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be 21 years or older and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• An individual who enjoys working outdoors during the winter and during the summer.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Typical Workload is 4 days/week with 10-12 hours per shift. Up to 5 days per week during peak season (December - February, or as delivery demands dictate) Start times between 6am-7am with average shift duration of 10 hours but can be up to 12 hours.
On-Call: Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency situations (gas leaks, out of gas calls) On-call compensation is provided. On-call schedule depends on the market employee is in.
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience
