Superior Fence & Rail is one of the largest and most respected fencing companies in the United States. As a locally owned division serving NW Georgia, we provide homeowners and builders with premium fencing solutions backed by strong brand credibility, professional installation teams, and industry-leading customer service.
We are growing fast and looking for a motivated, personable, and goal-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a 100% commission opportunity with warm leads provided daily (no cold calling lists). You’ll run in-home sales appointments, build relationships with homeowners, create estimates, and help customers choose the best fence for their property. When you’re not in appointments, you’ll support grassroots marketing efforts such as door hangers, neighborhood outreach, and simple branding activities that help fill your pipeline.
We provide paid training, a flexible schedule, and after training, a company vehicle and company phone.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and follow Superior Fence & Rail’s proven, structured sales process
- Run in-home consultations using warm leads provided by the company
- Present and explain fencing products, materials, and options
- Prepare accurate quotes using our estimating tools
- Prospect for additional business through referrals and neighborhood marketing
- Build strong relationships with customers by listening, educating, and advising
- Maintain CRM notes, appointments, and follow-up tasks
- Work with install teams to ensure accuracy in project expectations
- Deliver a professional, positive, and respectful experience to every customer
- Support grassroots community marketing when not in appointments

Experience & Education
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
- College degree helpful but not required

Compensation
- 100% Commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $60,000–$85,000
- Top performers in the Superior Fence & Rail system exceed $100,000–$120,000
- Unlimited earning potential based on effort and performance

Territory Expectations
