The Role
We are hiring an Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, keep communication tight, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll work directly with leadership and play a key role in keeping the office, sales team, and customers aligned.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answering inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly
- Scheduling estimates and coordinating appointments
- Managing CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry
- Following up with customers on open estimates and projects
- Supporting sales team with communication and updates
- Assisting with job scheduling and production coordination
- Handling general office tasks and keeping things organized
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and stay on top of multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Self-motivated and accountable—no babysitting required
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in construction, home services, or fencing
- CRM experience
- Previous office admin or coordinator experience
