What We’re Looking For
Experienced subcontractors and crews to install commercial fencing on projects for general contractors, property managers, and public agencies. Experience is important to us. We want crews who know commercial standards, read plans, and get it right the first time.
Scope of Work
- Commercial chain link fence and gates (including heavy-duty and security applications)
- Steel and ornamental iron fence, railings, and gates
- Trex and composite fencing
- Field welding and fabrication
- Post setting, layout, and site prep to plan and spec
Requirements
- Proven commercial fence installation experience (please list recent projects)
- Active general liability insurance (certificate of insurance required)
- Active workers’ compensation insurance
- Clear, reliable communication with our Commercial Manager and the Project Manager in the field: daily updates, issues flagged early, and changes confirmed before work proceeds
- Ability to read plans, drawings, and specs
- Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety, clean job sites, and meeting schedules
Nice to Have
- Certified welders
- Skid steer / auger equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay
Pay is based on the job, quoted by project scope.
