Superior Fence and Rail of Southwest Florida has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Client Services Coordinator. We are looking for a go getter with a great work ethic, and most importantly, a great attitude. We have an amazing office staff and are looking to add another winner to our crew. Located in Ft Myers, this position acts as a liaison between the company and its clients, managing relationships, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and clear communications.
The duties and responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator include, but are not limited to, driving the flow of new clients at the beginning of the contract process and throughout the project by ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish; with a special focus on guiding new clients through the contract process including payments, legal documents, terms and conditions, homeowner association requirements, etc.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a high sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Also preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years in client services, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Must be technologically adept. Proficiency in Google suite applications is a must.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, proactive problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
