We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to assist our warehouse and run production. The work consists of organizing inventory, preparing fence materials for installations, operating a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fencing, light carpentry, and forklift driving. Your typical work hours will be 7:00am – 3:00pm.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, on-time, organized, and ready for an opportunity to grow with the organization. You should be ready to support the installation crews, partner with the operations manager, and run a tight warehouse operation. The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be a key partner and facilitator for the general manager and the company’s daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Moving incoming and outgoing materials throughout the shop and yard areas
- Drive a forklift according to safety standards to move heavy materials
- Identify, separate, label, and store supplies in an organized system
- Fabricate vinyl fence using a CNC router
- Use safe and secure practices when cutting fencing materials
- Prepare outgoing fence installation materials and verify that orders are complete and accurate
- Load outgoing materials for installation crews and prepare them for successful installations
- Drive a flatbed truck (non-CDL) to pick up and deliver fence materials
- Meet safety, productivity and quality standards set by Superior Fence & Rail
- Ensure that the yard and work areas are maintained, clean and organized
- Partner with Operations Manager to order inventory and ensure proper levels of key materials are maintained
Minimum requirements:
- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Background in construction or fencing preferred
- Experience driving forklift preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds regularly
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to climb in and out of trucks and on/off forklifts
- Manual dexterity required for operating tools, machines, and cutting equipment
- Must be able to operate a forklift and flatbed truck safely (training and certification provided, if necessary)
- Visual acuity to read labels, operate equipment, and inspect materials for quality
- Ability to work in various outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to weather elements and loud noise
- Capable of sustained physical activity and repetitive motions throughout an 8–10-hour shift
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
This position is for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Superior provides full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life, as well as paid time off.
