We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fence Installer to lead and execute complex fencing projects across commercial and residential sites. Duties
- Lead and supervise fencing installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to accurately execute projects.
- Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to meet deadlines.
- Manage safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation using our in house tools for material count, compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to uphold company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments for seamless project delivery.
- Meet with customers on site for verification of the install and completed project delievery.
Skills
- Extensive experience 3-5 years minimum on fencing installation projects: Wood, Vinyl, Chain Link and Aluminum. Be familiar with Handrail installation.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, supervise crews, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, client interactions, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with construction regulations, quality control procedures, and budget management in commercial settings.
