Inventory Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting day-to-day inventory activities. This role will process RMAs, research and resolve inventory discrepancies, conduct inventory audits, and work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Process and track RMAs and inventory returns.

• Research and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

• Investigate inventory variances and identify potential causes.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

• Assist with inventory adjustments and corrections as needed.

• Work with warehouse personnel to verify product quantities and locations.

• Review inventory transactions to identify errors or inconsistencies.

• Communicate inventory issues and discrepancies to appropriate departments.

• Assist with improving inventory processes and accuracy.

• Support month-end and year-end inventory activities.

• Perform other inventory and operations duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, distribution, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working with numbers and researching discrepancies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow through on issues.

• Experience with an ERP or inventory management system preferred.
