Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team! This energetic role combines warehouse responsibilities with delivery duties, ensuring our products reach customers promptly and safely. You will play a vital role in loading, unloading, route driving, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Pull and stage orders accurately based on sales and counter tickets
- Load and unload HVAC equipment and accessories using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
- Safely operate commercial box trucks to deliver products along designated routes
- Ensure timely delivery of HVAC equipment and parts to customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Verify shipments against orders and complete all necessary delivery documentation accurately
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols during loading, unloading, and driving activities to prevent accidents or damage
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of loading/unloading procedures
- 2 years of commercial driving experience with route driving and familiarity with box trucks or similar vehicles
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during deliveries
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must provide DMV record)
- Current DOT physical
- Dependable, team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
