POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will function as a hands-on Human Resources professional with a collaborative approach to deliver exceptional talent processes and team member support solutions that meet/exceeds business needs. The HRBP will work directly with leadership to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR programs and services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Partner with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
· Conduct stay and exit interview, analyze data and identify trends that inform retention efforts.
· Coach and influence leaders to enable high performance and engagement.
· Administer team member surveys. Compile, analyze, and disseminate results. Partner with leadership on developing and executing improvement action plans.
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and team members to provide strategic and tactical guidance on variety of HR and business-related issues.
· Evaluate discipline recommendations for fairness. consistency, and compliance. Coach leadership on performance management techniques, company policies, and provide guidance and support to managers and team members on HR policies and procedures.
· Lead and manage HR investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings.
· Maintains in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Oversees and executes implementation of HR and/or business initiative in assigned business groups. Provie project management expertise through the initiation, management, and driving of strategic projects, initiatives, and change management.
· Conducts new hire orientation.
· Partners with other HR team members (Talent, Comp &Benefits) act as a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver robust HR services.
· Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance. (Counseling and Disciplinary Actions)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
· 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
· Change management and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred
· Working knowledge of employment law (PHR preferred).
· Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
· Experience in an Industrial/Environmental Services industry.

JOB DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting and moving of equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
• Travel required, including overnight stays as needed
