The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will function as a hands-on Human Resources professional with a collaborative approach to deliver exceptional talent processes and team member support solutions that meet/exceeds business needs. The HRBP will work directly with leadership to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR programs and services.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct stay and exit interview, analyze data and identify trends that inform retention efforts.
- Coach and influence leaders to enable high performance and engagement.
- Administer team member surveys. Compile, analyze, and disseminate results. Partner with leadership on developing and executing improvement action plans.
- Build andmaintaineffective working relationships with leaders and team members to provide strategic and tactical guidance on variety of HR and business-related issues.
- Evaluate discipline recommendations forfairness.consistency, and compliance. Coach leadership on performance managementtechniques, company policies, and provide guidance and support to managers and team members on HR policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage HR investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversees and executes implementation of HR and/or business initiative in assigned business groups. Provie project management expertise through the initiation, management, and driving of strategic projects, initiatives, and change management.
- Conducts new hire orientation.
- Partners with other HR teammembers (Talent, Comp &Benefits)actas a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver robust HR services.
- Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance. (Counseling and Disciplinary Actions)
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Change management and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of employment law (PHR preferred).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred).
- Experience in an Industrial/Environmental Services industry.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions.

- Travel required, includin gover night stays as needed
