Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Midland, Texas. This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Midland, Texas. This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.
- Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.
- Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers
- Experience in repairing Stabilizers
- Manual Cylindrical Grinding
- Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1 year of welding experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
