Job Summary
Superior Energy Resources, LLC is seeking an entry level Sales Representative to assist with construction and agricultural equipment sales and rentals, as well as support gas field and general construction sales activities. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend the most suitable equipment solutions, and build strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Routine duties will include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various methods including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate construction and agricultural equipment to prospective customers.
- Upsell our Service and Parts business lines.
- Aid in building relationships and selling technical products / services to energy companies.
- Promote / Market our Welding and Fabrication capabilities.
- Quote products and services using our pricelist, facilitate contracts and deliveries, process sales / rental agreements.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
