- Answer incoming and place outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide top-notch customer support in a timely and efficient manner via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer information accurately as needed
- Assist customers with a variety of account and service inquiries
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality customer service
