As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for translating work order forms into invoices, performing data entry, and collaborating with internal departments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Calculate costs of goods and services rendered from field technicians and various departments
- Cross-reference databases, spreadsheets, and work order forms to generate invoices
- Perform a high volume of data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Submit invoices via mail, email, or client portals
- Collaborate with purchasing departments, technicians, and service managers as needed to verify information
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support the department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of recent accounting experience with increasing responsibilities
- Strong data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based databases
