Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our N. California division. As the Office Manager, you will be the division liaison to the corporate office and culture while providing efficient operational support to the N. California team. The ideal candidate will have previous employment experience from a construction service background in addition to possessing excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to reinforce company policy and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve office operations
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Coordinate and support human resources with onboarding new hires
- Assist human resources as needed with processing paperwork
- Collaborate with fleet management regarding technician vehicle service appointments
- Ensure employees are complying to company policies and procedures
- Professionally manage confidential information
- Additional duties will be assigned as needed to support the operations of the office
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of five years of recent experience as an office manager, human resource assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Available to work Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the branch office
