What You’ll Do
- Chairside Excellence – Anticipate the doctor’s needs and keep appointments running smoothly, ensuring an outstanding patient visit every time.
- Team Backup – Jump into hygiene support or sterilization when the schedule calls for it; “that’s not my job” isn’t in your vocabulary.
- Own the Outcome – Spot what needs doing, do it before you’re asked, and leave every space better than you found it.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (or a rock-star work ethic we can train).
- Nebraska X-ray license and coronal-polish certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A servant’s heart, quick smile, and the drive to help teammates win.
Bonus points for: expanded-functions certification, Eaglesoft experience, or bilingual skills.
