We are a family owned extended stay business that started 20 years ago. We have 2 locations one in Kennesaw GA and one in Albany. We are hiring for our Albany GA location.
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for help overseeing the maintenance and repair of our hotel and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of leadership, electrical systems and general maintenance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, changing ptac units, general maintencance.
- Troubleshoot and repair onity lock systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects.
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- painting
- cabinet installation, able to remodel rooms as needed
- ability to lift heavy items
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Ability to work with electrical systems and onity locks
- Good work Ethic
