Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Tax Preparation and Tax Compliance, with the ability to accurately prepare and review returns.
- Knowledge of Tax Law and general Tax principles, including the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Foundational understanding of Finance to assess client financial information and support tax planning decisions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and standard office productivity tools; comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
