Minimum QualificationsApplicants must meet one of the following:
- Option I: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public/Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or related field plus two (2) years of technical/paraprofessional HR experience.
- Option II: HR Certificate program (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) plus three (3) years of technical/paraprofessional HR experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, both in virtual settings and in person.
- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and adult learning techniques.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License or ability to utilize alternative transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions countywide.

About the Riverside Superior Court
Riverside is the fourth largest county in California and the 10th largest in the United States.
