What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience
- Experience with MIG, TIG and ARC welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain structural welding certifications in ARC Welding
- Physical ability to handle materials and work in a shop and field environment
What you’ll do:
- Perform MIG, TIG and ARC welding to fabricate and assemble metal components and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
- Operate tools and equipment such as saws, grinders, and drills
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for proper fit and alignment
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain equipment and keep a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
- Document work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency
- Take pride in your work as part of an employee-owned company
