Superior Contracting & Maintenance is hiring part-time hourly 1099 technicians to support our Home Ease residential maintenance line. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople looking to add an additional income stream while keeping control of their schedule.
We specialize in residential maintenance work including drywall repairs, flooring (tiles, LVP, vinyl) repipe support, fixture installations, troubleshooting, and general home repairs.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Perform residential maintenance tasks including drywall, repipe assistance, carpentry, and general repair work
- Execute work orders with precision, professionalism, and code compliance
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify needs and provide solutions
- Communicate clearly with the Superior team to ensure timely completion
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Update job notes and status in the online vendor portal
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct
- Reliable and punctual with consistent follow-through
- Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools/materials
- Must have all necessary tools to complete maintenance and project work
- Prefer 5 years of experience in residential maintenance or similar trades
- Ability to lift and transport tools/equipment
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Proficient navigating an online portal or mobile work order system
- Must currently reside in the U.S.
- Inability to provide I9/W9 valid Tax ID
- No active General Liability insurance (Workers’ Comp preferred)
- Failure to complete onboarding video training with a live vendor representative
- Poor communication or repeated missed appointments

Eligible part-time contractors may opt into the Contractor Insurance Incentive Program after completing their probationary period.
