🔨 Industry Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For
We need reliable roofers who can perform:
🏚 Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
- Leak detection
- Storm damage assessment
- Flashing and ventilation inspections
- Moisture or mold risk identification
- Shingle/tile replacement
- Nail pops, small puncture patches
- Sealant application at vents and flashing
- Gutter cleaning and minor repairs
- Tear-offs and underlayment installation
- Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
- Soffit/fascia board replacement
- Attic ventilation solutions
- Before/during/after photos
- Clear notes in portal for each job
- Material needs communicated up front
📋 Contractor Requirements
- General Liability Insurance (COI required)
- Worker's Comp Insurance MANDATORY
- Valid W9 and Tax ID
- Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable)
- Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
- Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
- Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness
- Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs
- No active insurance ( GL and WC MANDATORY)
- Unlicensed (where required)
- Poor communication or incomplete jobs
- No ladder or ability to access residential roofs
- Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call
