Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking insured part-time landscaping and tree service contractors to complete residential work orders across our managed properties. We’re not a lead service—we assign the jobs, support material purchasing, and pay you directly for completed work. 

This is ideal for landscaping professionals who run their own business and want to fill schedule gaps with consistent, local work that pays quickly and requires no selling or chasing leads. 

🧰 Industry Standard Skills We Look For 

We are looking for professionals with proven experience and a commitment to quality, including: 

🌿 Landscaping Maintenance 

• Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing 

• Seasonal planting and bed maintenance 

• Mulching, weeding, and turf care 

• Shrub and hedge trimming 

• Irrigation system inspection and minor repair 

🌳 Tree Services 

• Pruning, trimming, and shaping 

• Tree and large limb removal 

• Stump grinding 

• Emergency storm cleanup 

🔧 Operational Standards 

• Proper PPE and equipment use 

• Jobsite safety and cleanliness 

• Accurate before/after photos and job documentation 

• Timely arrival and clear communication 

💼 Contractor Requirements 

• General Liability Insurance (COI required) 

• Worker’s Comp MANDATORY
• W9 Valid Tax ID 

• Reliable vehicle (truck or trailer required) 

• Commercial landscaping equipment in working condition 

• Smartphone for managing job portal 

• Strong punctuality, communication, and follow-through 

• Willing to complete quick onboarding call before receiving jobs 

❌ Disqualifiers 

• No active insurance 

• Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call 

• Inconsistent follow-through or missed work orders 

• Lack of necessary tools or equipment
