Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman work
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical repair solutions
- Follow local safety guidelines and industry standards
- Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout the work process
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Dependable and punctual work ethic
- Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and materials
- Must have your own tools and ability to work independently
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
- Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using an online portal system for work orders and updates
Required Qualifications
- HVAC technicians must have EPA certification
- General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- W9 with valid Tax ID required
- Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
